Full-Time / Part-Time Carpenter

We are currently seeking to employ a dedicated, talented and highly motivated Carpenter with

5+ years experience.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work unsupervised in a safe and professional manner.

- Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers.

- Complete all necessary building tasks from frame to finish work on new and existing construction.

- Ability to problem solve on each project when presented with a challenging task.

- Attention to detail.

- Maintain strong-healthy relationships with clients and coworkers.


Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 5+ years of experience.

- Knowledge and proficiency in operation of tools and equipment necessary for assigned projects.

- Ability to lay out construction, remodeling and alteration work.

- Ability to read blueprints preferred.

- Physically capable of performing duties and responsibilities of the job that require lifting of heavy objects and working in inclement weather conditions for prolonged periods of time.

- Must be able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment, as necessary.

- Valid motor vehicle operator's license.

-Ability to pass a background check and driving record check.


Typical schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Full-Time Lead Carpenter

We are currently seeking to employ a dedicated, talented, and highly motivated Lead Carpenter with 5-10+ years experience.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead assigned crew in a safe and professional manner.

- Continuously motivate assigned crew to complete work effectively and efficiently.

- Capable of receiving and following instructions from direct supervisor and communicating with co-workers.

- Maintain communication with direct supervisor throughout course of project from start to finish.

- Keep respective job costing spreadsheets up to date for each project.

- Complete all necessary building tasks from frame to finish work on new and existing construction with crew.

- Ability to problem solve on each project when presented with a challenging task.

- Attention to detail.

- Read and understand blueprints.

- Maintain strong-healthy relationships with clients and coworkers.


Minimum Qualifications:

- 5-10+ years of experience.

- Strong leadership skills.
